The drone and missile strikes between Ukraine and Russia have intensified significantly. Ukraine has launched over 1,000 drones on Russia over the past three days, with the Russian capital Moscow being a primary target .

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that on Tuesday, Moscow was attacked by 620 drones, calling it the largest drone attack in two years. He stated that 180 drones were destroyed, while the rest struck their intended targets . The attack resulted in three injuries, including a 10-year-old girl .

According to Russian media, Ukrainian attacks targeted Russian e-commerce warehouses and other installations, including the Wildberries online retailer's warehouses .

Earlier on Sunday, Ukraine also fired over 800 drones at Russian cities, killing 7 people and injuring several others. Russian officials reported that drone strikes occurred in Russia's southern Rostov region, Belgorod, Kursk, and the Moscow regions .

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 1,478 drones were intercepted and destroyed over Russian airspace within the past 24 hours . In response to the attacks, flights at Moscow's Vnukovo, Zhukovsky, and Domodedovo airports were temporarily halted .

On the other side, Ukraine has also been subjected to Russian missile and drone attacks. On Sunday, Russian attacks targeted the ArcelorMittal steel plant in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, killing 2 and injuring 14, while a book market in Kyiv was also damaged .
