QUETTA (Special Correspondent) – Deputy Director of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Chagai, Haji Muhammad Akram, held an important meeting with Director General BISP Balochistan Dr. Jalal Faiz. The meeting focused on various BISP-related matters in Chagai district, the difficulties faced by beneficiaries, and especially the provision of facilities in remote areas.

During the meeting, special discussions were held on the establishment of new retailer shops to provide better and easier facilities to BISP beneficiaries in Union Councils Padag, Chhatar, and Aminabad.

Deputy Director BISP Chagai Haji Muhammad Akram briefed the Director General on the difficulties faced by beneficiaries in various areas of the district, stating that beneficiaries in remote areas have to travel long distances and face additional hardships to receive their payments. He emphasised the need for establishing retailer shops in Padag, Chhatar, and Aminabad.

On this occasion, Director General BISP Balochistan Dr. Jalal Faiz listened carefully to the issues of Chagai district and assured necessary measures and cooperation for resolving the relevant matters. He stated that transparent, easy, and timely facilities would be ensured for BISP beneficiaries.

According to Dr. Jalal Faiz, BISP retailer shops will soon be established in Union Councils Padag, Chhatar, and Aminabad, which will provide beneficiaries in these areas the convenience of receiving payments near their own areas.

The meeting also discussed various aspects of making the BISP system in Chagai district more effective, reducing the difficulties of beneficiaries, and improving access to facilities in remote areas.
