QUETTA (News Desk) – Security staff deployed at the New Trauma Center Quetta have earned widespread appreciation from patients, their families, and hospital staff for their exemplary behaviour, courtesy, and professional conduct.

According to sources, patients and their families visiting the New Trauma Center have praised the conduct of security personnel, stating that even in emergency situations, their behaviour remains polite and helpful.

Immediate Assistance in Emergencies

The most praise has been directed at security personnel for their immediate assistance to patients in emergencies. According to sources, whenever a critically injured or ill patient arrives at the hospital, security personnel immediately step forward to help transport the patient to the emergency ward.

One patient's family member said, "We arrived at night in a state of distress, but the security personnel not only guided us but also helped transport our patient to the emergency ward themselves. This attitude was a great support for us."

In another incident, security personnel helped move an accident victim onto a stretcher while the family was in a state of severe distress.

Professionalism and Empathy

According to the security in-charge at New Trauma Center, security personnel receive regular training with special emphasis on handling emergency situations, guiding patients, and maintaining an empathetic attitude. He stated, "Our duty is not just to provide security but also to help patients and their families in difficult times."

Hospital staff also appreciated the cooperation of the security staff, stating that their presence helps maintain discipline in the hospital and ensures patients reach emergency wards on time.

Public Appreciation

Members of the public urged the New Trauma Center administration to replicate such models in other government hospitals so that better facilities can be provided to the public. They said, "If security staff in all government institutions adopt such behaviour, the public would not face severe difficulties."
