The meeting was attended by District Health Officer Dr. Amir Ali Jamali, Dr. Khalil Mastoi, WHO's DPO and N-STOP Officer Dr. Nasir Kakar, along with officials and representatives from the health department, district administration, police, and other relevant line departments.

During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted on the results of the previous polio campaign, challenges faced, team performance, children's coverage, identification of missed children, and field-level difficulties. Various proposals were also considered for adopting a more effective strategy for the upcoming campaign.

The meeting was briefed on micro-plans, polio team formation, training, field monitoring, security arrangements, transport, identification of sensitive areas, team accessibility, and 100% child coverage for the upcoming national anti-polio campaign.

Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Palal stated that the complete eradication of polio is a national responsibility and all relevant institutions must work in a coordinated and effective manner to achieve this goal. He directed that comprehensive and effective security arrangements be ensured for the protection of polio teams, field workers, and other relevant staff during the campaign so that they can perform their duties without fear.

He emphasized strengthening effective coordination between the administration, police, health department, WHO, and other relevant institutions, stating that a coordinated communication system should be maintained to deal with any potential issues during the campaign.
