TEHRAN: The US military has continued its intense strikes on Iran for the tenth consecutive day, resulting in multiple explosions in southern and central cities of the country .
According to Iranian media, loud explosions were heard on Saturday night and early Tuesday morning in Bandar Abbas, Sirik, Bandar Lengeh, Qeshm Island, and Shiraz . US airstrikes also targeted the cities of Chabahar and Konarak in Sistan and Baluchestan province .
Two explosions were also reported in the central city of Isfahan, though provincial officials have not confirmed any attack . Air defense systems were activated near the Bushehr nuclear power plant to engage hostile aircraft .
